We had a struggle with an Android TV we bought it at BestBuy with my grandmother’s gift card she gave my Mom We asked to people there said it had RUclipsTV but when we searched RUclips TV couldn’t find the app only the RUclips app so my parents gave up and for one day used my Apple TV it worked that way but not the best image picture quality My Mom was frustrated and telling herself she’s a failure and made a stupid purchase I was trying to cheer her up all day and help them today we returned to TV and got a Samsung way more expensive and it was a way easier setup If you want money make sure every device even iPhones and iPads support setting up RUclips TV or you will lose a lot of customers and make sure RUclips TV is easy to find to avoid family dramas . I was trying to prove not all my Mom’s purchases are a failure like she but a cat bed our cat loves ,our cat even loves are dog’s bed even though our dog passed on recently a year ago so she does make great purchases I was trying so much to calm her down I didn’t take my shower because I was trying to help them it’s been since Thursday I had my hair washed I know gross but half it is Android TVs fault if it was just easier to set up RUclips TV I would’ve been able to take a shower before it thunderstormed but no .

ich habe mir einen TCL RC630X1 in 55 Zoll beim Otto Versand gekauft und musste 3 Bugs in der Sendersortierungssoftware feststellen: 1. Wenn man auf die Sternchen Taste auf der Fernbedienung drückt und in das Sendereinstellung bzw. Sendersortieren Menü geht, und dort im Menü etwa 8 Sekunden nichts macht, fliegt man wieder aus dem Menü raus. Das darf so eigentlich nicht sein, da man selbst entscheiden sollte, wann man das Menü verlässt. 2. Wenn ich in dem Menü der Sendersortiertung (also die Taste mit dem Sternchen auf der Fernbedienung) anfange die Sender zu sortieren oder bestimmte Sender anklicke, um diese aus der Senderliste zu nehmen (z.B. verschlüsselte oder Sender die es in SD doppelt gibt), und auf ein verschlüsseltes Programm komme, dann wird angezeigt, daß dieses Programm verschlüsselt ist. Das ist auch ok so! Aber anschließend kann ich nicht mehr in der Menüliste weitere Programme in der Liste anklicken bzw. anwählen, um diese aus der Liste zu nehmen durch anklicken bzw. im Sortiermenü zu sortieren. Die Bildschirmanzeige, die anzeigt, daß das Programm verschlüsselt ist bleibt einfach stehen. Und geht auch nicht durch die große Pfeiltaste weg. Man ist dann gezwungen durch die Taste Exit Taste, daß Menü zu verlassen, und muss um dann nochmal das Sendersortierung Menü aufrufen. Und das bei jedem verschlüsselten Programm, daß in der Senderliste auftaucht, und das man auswählt um es aus der Liste zu nehmen, oder um es zu sortieren. Das darf so auch nicht sein, da man dort in der Liste weitermachem sollte mit dem Sortieren wo man zuletzt war. 3. Die Programme die der Sendersuchlauf unter Kabelanschluss findet, sind von der Nummerrierung her von Vodafone, wie diese in dei Kanalliste des Fernsehers übernommen werden total durcheinander. Nur die ersten 30 Programme haben die richtige Reihenfolge. Es sollte daher eine Möglichkeit geben die Nummerrierung zu ordnen. Oder muss man eine Favoritenliste erstellen im Menü Bitte beheben Sie diese 3 Bugs und senden Sie ein Update für dieses Modell über das TV Wlan

I bought the TCLC845K 85 inch from amazon late last year and am unable to use any of the UK freeview apps, itvx, bbc iplayer freeview etc. Is there a workaround or something wrong with my TV? My property has terrible aerial reception so am unable to use aerial on TV instead

Nie wieder TCL. Mein TCL QM8B entspricht nicht dem, was TCL angibt. Einstellungen fehlen im Menu, nach Update noch schlechter geworden. TV stürzt oft ab, Updates lassen sich nicht installieren. Der Support von TCL hilft nicht weiter. Keine Hilfe oder Unterstützung! Ich habe 1000€ bezahlt und fühle mich betrogen!!! TCL sollte verboten werden!

Mein TCL QM8B ist 4 Monate alt und funktioniert nicht mehr richtig. Updates lassen sich nicht richtig installieren und Menüpunkte und Einstellungen fehlen. Support hilft nicht!!! Nie wieder TCL

Nach eigener Erfahrung mit meinem TCL Gerät rate ich jedem von einem Kauf ab. Der Support von TCL hilft auch nicht weiter wenn der neue TV, wie bei mir, nicht richtig funktioniert
